By accessing and using the PhotoStories/iShootStories/VMAG online galleries, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Copyright & Ownership

• All images remain the exclusive copyright and intellectual property of Anton Wannenburg/PhotoStories/iShootStories/VMAG.

• Purchasing an image or license grants you usage rights as specified, but does not transfer ownership of the copyright.

2. Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of photographic content, no refunds will be issued.

• Please ensure you select the correct images and/or licenses before making a purchase.

3. Usage Restrictions

• Images may not be resold, altered, or edited without prior written permission.

• Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Licensing & Exclusivity

• Exclusivity, commercial use rights, or extended licensing may be negotiated separately.

5. Marketing Consent & POPIA Compliance

• By willingly providing your email address and accessing the gallery, you consent to Anton Wannenburg/PhotoStories/iShootStories/VMAG. and its official partners/sponsors as well as King Price Insurance, being the named sponsor of the King Price Derby Series to processing your personal information (email address and related details) in line with the POPIA Act.

• This includes the right to send you relevant marketing communications (updates, promotions, offers, and news).

• You may unsubscribe at any time via the opt-out link provided in all communications.

6. Data Protection

• Your personal information will be collected, stored, and processed securely and only for the purposes stated above.

• We do not sell or share your information with ANY unrelated third parties.
